Privacy
Draft for owner review. Final policies and the operating entity must be approved before public launch.
Data used by the service
Tonic uses account email addresses, workspace membership, client and competitor details, report text, notification preferences, and operational logs to provide the service. Monitoring stores extracted public page content and screenshot evidence.
Service providers
The prepared production stack uses Supabase for authentication, database and file storage; Resend for authentication email; OpenRouter and the Jev model provider for classifying limited page/change context; and Render for application and worker hosting. Report writing is currently manual. Payments and analytics are not connected.
Retention and sharing
Screenshots and baseline page content expire after 60 days. Change excerpts, report text and classification records remain as history. Active report links expose the published report to anyone holding the link.
Cookies and requests
The app uses essential session cookies and browser storage for workspace selection. Contact support@trytonic.app for privacy, access or deletion requests. Automated account deletion is not available yet.
